Processing times may vary depending on the volume of orders, but we typically process and prepare your order for dispatch within two business days.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. For international orders, shipping fees are based on the weight of the package, and final rates will be displayed during checkout.

WORLDWIDE EXPRESS DELIVERY WITH DHL
We offer fast, reliable delivery through DHL Express with On Demand Delivery (ODD) Service. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation from DHL EXPRESS. DHL ODD will notify you via email and/or SMS with updates on your shipment’s progress and an estimated delivery date/time.

IMPORT DUTIES AND VAT
For international shipments, duties and taxes may apply. These will be displayed at checkout, and you will have the option to pay them directly during the purchase process.

UNCLAIMED OR RETURNED PARCELS
If your parcel is unclaimed or returned to us by the courier, we will issue a refund for your order, minus the shipping costs.
