RETURN & REFUND POLICY
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
To initiate a return, email us at contact@nayahcosmetics.com. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unless defective, and sent back to us within 14 days of your cancellation request.
If the product is not defective, you will receive a full refund for the item, but you will be responsible for return shipping costs, as we do not cover these expenses for successful refunds.
If the product is defective, we will offer a full refund and cover the return shipping costs.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund promptly, within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method unless otherwise agreed, with no additional fees.
If you do not notify us of cancellation or a defect within 14 days from the day after you received the product, you will not be eligible to return the item.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will address the issue promptly. Failure to notify us within the 14-day period will forfeit your right to return the product.
Non-returnable Items:
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
To exchange a product, please return the original item and make a new purchase for the desired item after your return is accepted.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
